Gary Carter Field Dedication Ceremony

On July 1, 2012 at 9pm the City of Côte Saint-Luc unveiled the sign design for Gary Carter Field, named in honour of former Montreal Expos Hall of Famer Gary Carter. The unveiling was held in front of a thousand people at Pierre Elliott Trudeau Park during the Canada Day 2012 festivities.

Following speeches from Mayor Anthony Housefather, Councillor Mike Cohen, former professional baseball player Johnny Elias, former Expo Warren Cromartie, and musical artist Annakin Slayd, a video was shown, which ended with the unveiling of the new sign.
