Public Notice : By-law 2351 Creating a Delegation of Authority to Officers of the Municipality

Public Notice is given by the Undersigned, Maître Jonathan Shecter,    City Clerk, that the following by-law was adopted by the Côte Saint-Luc City Council at its Special Council Meeting held on October 25, 2010:

“By-law 2351 Creating a Delegation of Authority to Officers of the Municipality in Order to Give said Officers the powers to spend up to $20,000 for Any Change Order related to Tender C-22-10’’

The object of the by-law is to delegate to the City Manager, the Director of Parks and Recreation as well as the City Treasurer the power to authorize an amount of up to $20,000 for any Change Order related to the construction of the Aquatic and Community Centre.

This by-law will come into force according to law.

This by-law may be consulted at the City Hall located at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard during Regular office hours, said hours being Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
