Rally in support of religious freedom
The City of Côte Saint-Luc invites you to join us at 6pm on Monday, December 2, 2013 at the Côte Saint-Luc City Hall for three special events: (1) the lighting of the Christmas Tree; followed by (2) a rally for religious freedom; followed by (3) the lighting of the Chanukah Menorah.
Come out to say ‘No’ to the proposed Charter of Values (Bill 60) that would restrict our rights as Canadians and Quebecers.

Schedule of events
Event 1, 6 pm: Lighting of Christmas Tree with Father Peter Laviolette, Saint Richard’s Church of Côte Saint-Luc
Event 2, 6:10 pm: Rally in support of our religious freedoms with speeches by Mayor Anthony Housefather, Mayor Beny Masella, Mayor Bill Steinberg, Rabbi Chaim Steinmetz, and Rabbi Reuben Poupko.
Event 3, 6:30 pm: Lighting of Chanukah Menorah with Rabbi Mendel Raskin, Chabad of Côte Saint-Luc, followed by singing and treats.
