Renovations to the exterior of the library

The City of Côte Saint-Luc is replacing the bricks and building insulation around the Côte Saint-Luc Library this spring and summer at a cost of $1.7 million, which includes all taxes.

This renovation work also includes replacing all windows (except for the skylights), the exterior doors, and other items. The worked started in April and is scheduled to be complete by September 30, 2016.

This year’s work is the second phase of a project to replace all the bricks on the Bernard Lang Civic Centre, which includes the city hall and library. The work to replace the bricks on the tower portion of the building was completed in 2015.
