Sewer rehabilitation

The City of Côte Saint-Luc is investing nearly $2.1 million to rehabilitate sewers across the city. We have mandated CWW Réhabilitation (Clean Water Works) to perform the work. There are several phases involved in sewer rehabilitation work and residents in affected areas will receive a more detailed letter. 
 

Affected sectors are:

  • Baily between Glencrest and Rosedale
  • Borden between Fleet and Merton
  • Caldwell between Kildare and Mackle
  • Fleet between Borden and Cavendish
  • Guelph between Wentworth and Jellicoe
  • Kincourt between Lockwood and Lockwood
  • Léger between Kildare and Guelph
  • Léger between Kildare and Mclear
  • Melling between Mackle and Guelph
  • Oakwood between Earle and Baily
  • Palmer between Wavell and Guelph
  • Parkhaven between Kildare and Trinity
  • Redwood between Holland and Heywood
  • Robinson between Fleet and Régal
  • Silverson between Côte-Saint-Luc and Elgin
  • Smart between Côte Saint-Luc and the C.P.R. Yards 
  • Trinity between Kildare and Parkhaven
  • Wentworth between Mackle and Kildare
  • Westminster between Kildare and Wavell
  • Westminster between Westover and Côte-Saint-Luc

During this first phase (called flushing), expected to last until end of Feburary, residents can expect:  

  • No disruption to sewer service
  • Drinking water not to be affected
  • Some occasional noise
  • Some traffic and parking restrictions
