General information
The Bernard Lang Civic Centre is home to City Hall, the Eleanor London Côte Saint-Luc Public Library, and the Harold Greenspon Auditorium. The auditorium is the only area in the facility that can be rented.
There is ample parking behind the Civic Centre with the entrance off of Cavendish directly across from the Cavendish Mall.
Rental areas
The Harold Greenspon Auditorium is a large room with a stage and the ability for audio visual presentations. The auditorium has a capacity of 257 with non-fixed seating and a capacity for 205 with non-fixed seating and tables.
Rental costs
Rental costs are for a two hour block of time and include the setup and takedown of tables and chairs. All overhead costs will be invoiced to the lessee. Taxes are not included in the prices and will be added to the cost of rental. Any audio visual equipment that is required is an additional cost. This can be discussed at the time of rental, as per costs and damage deposit.

Hours of Operation
- City Hall: Weekdays, 8:30am to 4:30pm
- Library: 365-days-a-year, 10am to 10pm
Rental of specific rooms to be discussed with the lessee.
Directions
- From Highway 40 east:
Take the Decarie Blvd exit. Proceed Southbound and exit at Jean Talon. Continue going straight until Van Horne. Turn Right on Van Horne. Van Horne becomes Fleet, which becomes Cavendish. After passing Kildare, turn Right at traffic light. - From Highway 20 east:
Exit 64 – Rue St Jacques/Boul. Angrignon. Merge onto Route 138 east. Turn Left on Cavendish Blvd. After passing Kildare, turn Right at traffic light.
