Daily Hello - Bonjour 

This is a free service available to all residents of Côte Saint-Luc who live alone. Volunteers will call you Monday to Friday, at a prearranged time to check your well-being. For further information please call 514-485-6819.

 

Senior Social Club

Open to residents 55 years and over. Members meet every Wednesday afternoons for stimulating and informative programs. Interesting and relaxing day trips are planned. Activities include: guest speakers, fitness and bridge. Beginner bridge, Mah Jong and line dancing instructions are available. Bridge is played every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon and is open to all members.

 

Senior Men's Club

Designed for residents 60 years and over. Members meet every Thursday mornings at 9:30am and listen to informative and provocative speakers. Activities include: fitness, bowling, bridge, golf, choral and discussion groups.

 

Creative Social Center

The Creative Social Center is open five days a week all year round, providing educational, recreational, cultural and leisure activities. Day and overnight outings to museums, art galleries and theatre are offered. Nutritious meals are served in the lunchroom.

 

Info-Abus Line

The Info-Abus Line, an Elder Abuse confidential listening, support and information telephone service is available to help break the silence of older adults being physically, psychologically and/or financially abused or neglected.
