YITZHAK RABIN NURSERY CAMPAges: 2 to 4 A wide variety of exciting activities including special events, daily swim in the wading pool (weather permitting) and much more. Half day and full day options are available. A lifeguard is on duty at all times.

TRUDEAU CREATIVE ARTS CAMPAges: 5 to 12 This camp offers a mix of arts and crafts activities, and daily swimming lessons. Activities led by specialists include cooking, science and music, day workshops and more. Sports and fitness activities will be included in the children’s routine.

Maimonides Sports CampAges: 5 to 12 This camp is designed for children interested in a variety of sports and recreational activities. Sport activities include tennis, soccer, basketball and swimming lessons. Every day, campers participate in a Red Cross swim kids program in our 50 metre pool. Camp-wide theme days including colour war, sleep-unders, 1960s day, superhero day and many more, ensure that every day is exciting and entertaining.

C.I.T. ProgramAges: 13 to 15 Participate in a Counselor-In-Training program (3 out of 5 days), under the guidance of a trained leader. For the remaining 2 days, CITs will assist the counselors with a group of children based on a park of their choice.

Côte Saint-Luc Tennis Club Day Camp *new*Ages: 5 to 14 This camp is designed for children with a true interest in tennis. Instructors will spend 4 hours per day on court teaching and developing tennis skills using drills and tournament match play in a positive environment. Campers will also enjoy additional activities such as, soccer, ultimate frisbee, and a variety of sports. The children will also enjoy a cool-off in the outdoor pool for at least 1 hour a day. Early drop-off / pickup options available. The tennis camp instructor is Zachary Rath, who earned a tennis scholarship from Georgia Tech University, where he was captain of the men’s varsity team. Rath was also a member of the Quebec team that won a silver medal at the 2002 Canada Games. Library CampAges: 8 to 12 This camp offers a mix of different literacy activities with fun and creative workshops over five days. Campers will also additional activities such as, sports, arts and crafts, computers, team building activities and swimming. AKADEMA ELITE BASEBALL CAMP (ages 10 to 16)A typical day at the camp will include players being taught proper stretching, throwing, base running, fielding, hitting mechanics through various drills and stations. Games will be played in the afternoons and will include instruction from head instructor Ray Callari, pro scout for the World Series Champion San Fransisco Giants and Eastern Canadian Pro Baseball Scout, along with other professional instructors. MEADOWBROOK GOLF CAMP (ages 6 to 16)The Meadowbrook Golf Camp program is an intensive 4-day golf clinic. Its goal is to provide beginners with an introduction to the game of golf, allowing them to gain new skills, while sharpening the skills of a more experienced golfer. The instructor is Gerry Ferguson, head club professional at Meadowbrook Golf Club. This camp will follow the instructional components as a part of the Future Links National Canadian Golf Program. Campers must provide their own transportation to Meadowbrook Golf Club (8372 Côte Saint-Luc Rd.) for 9am. ‘REAL SPORTS’ SUMMER SOCCER CAMP (ages 7 to 16)Be part of the most successful summer soccer specialty camps taught by Carlos Sandoval and his staff who have played in world cup and international soccer competition. Each registrant will receive a prize each week, for their participation. Players who register before April 30, 2011 will receive a free Real Madrid original t-shirt free of charge or a soccer ball. Day camp refund policy
Any refunds granted are at the entire discretion of the City of Côte Saint-Luc. Requests for refunds will only be considered upon receiving a written request. Should the refund request be granted, all refunds requested up to four weeks prior to the start of the programs will be subject to an administrative charge of 10% of the total cost of the program. All refund requests made thereafter will be subject to a fee equal to 20% of the total cost of the program and will be pro-rated weekly (i.e., once the week has begun it is considered to have been completed).
Early drop-off / late pick-up service
An 8am early morning drop off service is provided for working parents at an extra cost of $14(R), $17(NR) per week. A late pick-up service is provided for working parents at an extra cost of $17(R), $21(NR) per week until 5:30pm. All children must be dropped off and picked up from the park at which they are registered.
Additional supervision for day camp
Residents whose children require additional supervision to participate in the city’s 2011 day camp programs should contact the Parks and Recreation Department. Funding may be available through the community organization Altergo. The deadline to submit an application for funding is March 4, 2011.

All cheques must be made payable to the City of Côte Saint-Luc. Payment by Visa, MasterCard and Interac are also available for the deposit portion only. The post-dated portion can only be paid by cheque.

Upon registration, a deposit of 50% of the total amount owing is required in addition to a post-dated cheque, dated for May 13, 2011, covering the balance.

For Maimonides sports camp and Trudeau creative arts camp, sessions A and C will include one field trip, whereas sessions B and D will include a special event at Pierre Elliott Trudeau Park.

The deadline to register for any session is the previous Wednesday at noon, in order to allow for time to finalize group lists. Past this deadline, registration will be accepted pending availability. A 5% premiumwill apply.

An early bird registration fee will be in effect from April 5 to May 27. The regular registration fee will be in effect as of May 30. The regular fee is 10% higher than the early bird fees.
