Public Notice: Request for a demolition of an immovable situated at 5565 Randall

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Undersigned, Director of Legal Services and City Clerk, to the residents of the City of Côte Saint-Luc and to whom it may concern:

THAT as required by the provisions of By-Law No. 2235, being a By-Law to govern the Demolition of immovables, the Demolition Committee of the City Côte Saint-Luc (council) has received a request for a Certificate of Authorization for Demolition for the property located at 5565 Randall, lot No. 1560594.

THAT a meeting will be held to consider the request for a Certificate of Authorization for Demolition.

THAT every person wishing to oppose the granting of a Certificate of Authorization for said demolition must, within ten (10) days of publication of this Public Notice, make his objections known - by giving reasons - IN WRITING - to the Undersigned, Director of Legal Services and City Clerk, at the following address:

5801 Cavendish Boulevard,
Côte Saint-Luc, Quebec
H4W 3C3

THAT any interested person may be heard by the Demolition Committee (Council) at its meeting to be held at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard on March 8, 2010 at 7:45 p.m..
