Public Notice: By-law 2089-5
Public notice is hereby given by the Undersigned, Jonathan Shecter, Director of Legal Services and City Clerk, that the Council of Côte Saint-Luc adopted, at their Regular Meeting held July 12, 2010, by-law number 2089-5 entitled:
«By-law 2089-5 amending by-law 2089 regarding cadastral operations in the City of Côte Saint-Luc»
The object of the by-law consists of:
- The updating of definitions concerning : a ‘‘Cadastral Operation’’, a ‘Designated Officer’ and a ‘Redevelopment Plan’’;
- The necessary conditions to perform a cadastral operation;
- The prerequisite conditions for the approval of a plan relating to a cadastral operation;
- The perquisite condition for the approval of a plan relating to a building permit;
- Parkland fees including:
o Council’s decision;
o The rules of calculation;
o The value of the land;
o The exceptions;
- Culs de sac streets and the diameter of the right of way of the turning loop; and
- The minimum distance between new intersections;
By-law 2089-5 may be examined at the City Archives, located at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard, during regular working hours said hours between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Said by-law comes into force according to law.
