Public Notice: By-law 2138-1

Public Notice is given by the Undersigned, Maître Jonathan Shecter, Director of Legal Services and City Clerk, that the following by-law was adopted by the Côte Saint-Luc City Council at its Regular Council Meeting held on July 13, 2009:

‘‘By-law 2138-1 amending by-law 2138 amending various by-laws to modify the penalty to be applied in the case of an Infraction with a view of creating a fine for by-law 2312 entitled, “By-law Concerning Graffiti” 

The object of the by-law is to creating a fine for by-law 2312 entitled, “By-law Concerning Graffiti’’.

This by-law will come into force according to law.

This by-law may be consulted at the City Hall located at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard during regular office hours, said hours being Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

GIVEN at Côte Saint-Luc, on this 7th day of July 2010.
