Public Notice: By-law 2217-35 - coming into force

Public notice is hereby given by the Undersigned, Jonathan Shecter, Director of Legal Services and City Clerk, that the Council of Côte Saint-Luc adopted, at their Regular Meeting held March 16, 2009, by-law number 2217-35 entitled:

« By-law to amend the zoning by-law No. 2217, of the City of Côte Saint-Luc in order to modify the limits of zone “IR-15” and to replace its Table of Uses and Norms »

The object of the by-law is to enlarge the limits of the actual zone “IR-15” by repealing the zone “RM*-31” in order to allow the Institutional use “Category 4 – Health” for an existing 13 storey building at 5790 Parkhaven (McConnell building).

No valid request for approval by way of referendum having been received from a concerned or contiguous zone, said by-law therefore requires no other approval from the qualified voters.

By-law 2217-35 may be examined at the City Archives, located at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard, during regular working hours said hours between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Said by-law comes into force according to law.
