Public Notice: By-law 2306

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Undersigned, Me Jonathan Shecter, Director of Legal Services and City Clerk, that the Côte Saint-Luc City Council adopted, at its Regular Meeting held on April 20, 2009, by-law number 2306 entitled:

“By-law 2306 authorizing a loan of $200,000 to finance the costs of the renovation of the building envelopes of the City Hall located at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard and the Eleanor London Côte Saint-Luc Public Library located at 5851 Cavendish Boulevard’’

No valid request for approval by way of referendum having been received from the qualified voters during the Register held on May 11, 2009, said by-law is therefore deemed approved by the aforementioned qualified voters.

By-law 2306 was approved by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and of the Regions on June 19, 2009.

The object of the by-law, adopted in general terms, is to finance the costs of the renovation of the building envelopes of the City Hall located at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard and the Eleanor London Côte Saint-Luc Public Library located at 5851 Cavendish Boulevard.

By-law 2306 may be examined at the City Archives, located at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard, during regular working hours, said hours between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Said by-law comes into force according to law.
