Public Notice: By-law 2316

Public notice is hereby given by the Undersigned, Jonathan Shecter, Director of Legal Services and City Clerk, that the Council of                       Côte Saint-Luc adopted, at their Regular Meeting held July 12, 2010, by-law number 2316 entitled:

« By-law to amend By-Law 04-047 in order to modify the Planning Programme of the City of Côte Saint-Luc »

The object of the by-law includes the following:
The City wishes to approve a re-development plan related to a significant portion of the property where the Cavendish Mall is currently located (5800, Cavendish Boulevard). The Plan will include a mix of residential and commercial uses.

The modification to the Planning Programme will thus allow the area concerned by the re-development to have, in particular:
-    An increase in the building density of the sector;
-    Continuity in terms of the street layout; and
-    Development of parks and pedestrian paths in order to create a proper living area next to a commercial hub.

By-law 2316 may be examined at the City Archives, located at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard, during regular working hours said hours between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Said by-law comes into force according to law.
