Public Notice: By-law 2340

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Undersigned, Me Jonathan Shecter, Director of Legal Services and Clerk of the City of Côte Saint-Luc, that the following by-law was adopted by the Municipal Council of Côte Saint-Luc at its Special Council Meeting held on January 27, 2010:

“By-Law 2340 Concerning Taxes and Tariffs of the City of Côte Saint-Luc for the Fiscal Year 2010”

The object of the by-law is to set the tax rates for the 2010 fiscal year as well as to set a tariff of $50 for the purchase and supply of 120 litre, 240 litre or 360 litre recycling bins (for those that require).

This by-law comes into force according to law.

This by-law may be consulted at the City Hall located at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard during regular office hours, said hours being Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
