Public Notice: By-law 2342

Public Notice is given by the Undersigned, Maître Jonathan Shecter, Director of Legal Services and City Clerk, that the following by-law was adopted by the Côte Saint-Luc City Council at its Regular Council Meeting held on March 8, 2010:

‘’By-law 2342 replacing the fee schedule for the rental and/or use of City facilities and equipment”

The object of the by-law is to replace the fee schedule with a new fee schedule for the rental and/or use of City facilities and equipment.

This by-law will come into force according to law.

This by-law may be consulted at the City Hall located at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard during regular office hours, said hours being Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

GIVEN at Côte Saint-Luc, on this 5th day of May 2010.
