Public Notice: By-law 2344

Public notice is hereby given by the Undersigned, Jonathan Shecter, Director of Legal Services and City Clerk, that the Council of                      Côte Saint-Luc adopted, at their Regular Meeting held July 12, 2010, by-law number 2344 entitled:

«By-law 2344 Concerning Municipal Works Agreements»
 
The object of the by-law consists of, in particular to subordinate the issue of a building or subdivision permit or a certificate of authorization or occupancy to the entering into of an agreement between the applicant and the municipality. This said agreement pertains to work for the construction of municipal infrastructures or equipment and to the payment or apportionment of expenditures incurred regarding said works.
By-law 2344 may be examined at the City Archives, located at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard, during regular working hours said hours between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Said by-law comes into force according to law.

Given at the City of Côte Saint-Luc, on this 21st day of July, 2010.
