PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to the electors of CÔTE SAINT-LUC
Municipality
by Me Jonathan Shecter, that:
1. The following position (s) is/are open for nomination(s):
Mayor, as well as Councillors representing Districts 1 to 8
2. Every nomination paper for this position or these positions shall be filed at the office of the Returning Officer or the assistant designated to receive nomination papers, on the following days and at the following times:
From: 2009 / 09 / 18 to: 2009 / 10 / 02
DAYS: TIMES:
Monday From: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm
Tuesday From: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm
Wednesday From: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm
Thursday From: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm
Friday From: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm
IMPORTANT NOTE – on Friday, October 2, 2009 the office will be open 9:00 am to 4:30 pm continuously.
3. If more than one candidate submits his nomination for the same position,
a poll will be held on:
2009 / 11 / 01 from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm
and advance polling will be held on:
2009 / 10 / 25 from 12 noon to 8:00 pm
