Public Notice: Minor Exemptions - February 24, 2010
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Undersigned, Me Jonathan Shecter, Director of Legal Services and Clerk of the City of Côte Saint-Luc, that at a Regular Meeting of the City Council to be held on April 12, 2010 at 8:00 P.M., at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard, the City Council will deal with requests for minor exemptions, said requests being more fully described hereunder:
5502 Alpine, Lot 2090290, Zone RU-3
The request is to allow a single family dwelling to have an addition of a third storey (henceforth having an area exceeding 1800 feet) with one indoor parking space instead of two indoor parking spaces when the area (excluding the area of the garage and the basement floor) of the dwelling exceeds 1800 square feet. The foregoing is in accordance with the zoning by-law 2217, in particular, article 7-2-1a).
5804-5806 Eldridge, Lot 1053402, Zone RB-6
The request is to allow an existing semi-detached bi-family dwelling to be located at a distance of 4.39m (14.4’) from the front property line instead of being located at minimum distance of 6.09m (20.0’) from said property line. The foregoing is in accordance with zoning by-law 2217, in particular, annex “B” (zone RB-6).
5634-5640 Westminster, Lot 1053101, Zone CD-5
The request is to allow the installation of three awning signs with a total area of 25.1 square feet instead of having a maximum of one sign per building with a maximum area of 20 square feet. The foregoing is in accordance with zoning by-law 2217, in particular, articles 9-2 and 9-3-2.
