Public Notice: Minor Exemptions - July 21, 2010

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Undersigned, Me Jonathan Shecter, Director of Legal Services and Clerk of the City of Côte Saint-Luc, that at a Regular Meeting of the City Council to be held on August 9, 2010 at 8:00 P.M., at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard, the City Council will deal with requests for minor exemptions, said requests being more fully described hereunder:

•    5603 Castlewood, Lot 1561956, Zone RU-33
The request is to allow a rear extension for a single-family dwelling to be located at 8m (26.25’) from the rear property line instead of the minimum allowable distance of 9.14m (30’). The forgoing is in accordance with the provisions of zoning by-law 2217, Annex “B” (RU-33).
    
•    5583 Randall, Lot 1560696, Zone RU-2
The request is to allow an existing detached single-family dwelling (built in 1954, under permit no. 56) to be located at 2.65m (8.69’) from the secondary front property line instead of the minimum allowable distance of 4.57m (15’). The foregoing is in accordance with the provisions of zoning by-law 2217, Annex “B” (Zone RU-2).

•    5636 Wolseley, Lot 1052970 Zone RU-20

The request is to allow an existing semi-detached single-family dwelling (built in 1959, under permit no. 00968) to have a front setback of 4.54m (14.9’) instead of a minimum front setback of 4.57m (15’). The foregoing is in accordance with the provisions of zoning by-law 2217, Annex “B” (zone RU-20).
