Public Notice: Minor Exemptions - June 10, 2009
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Undersigned, Me Jonathan Shecter, Director of Legal Services and Clerk of the City of Côte Saint-Luc, that at a Regular Meeting of the City Council to be held on July 13, 2009 at 8:00 P.M., at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard, the City Council will deal with requests for minor exemptions, said requests being more fully described hereunder:
7394 Côte Saint-Luc, Lot 1290381, Zone RM-61
The request is to allow for a multifamily dwelling:
1. to have an exterior stairway to be installed above the ground floor instead of having no exterior stairway above the ground floor, in accordance with the provisions of Zoning by-law 2217, inter alia, article 4-6-3.
2. to have the ground floor level at six (6) feet above the City sidewalk level adjacent to the said dwelling instead of a maximum of five (5) feet above the City sidewalk level, in accordance with the provisions of Zoning by-law 2217, inter alia, article 4-6-1 c).
6501 Kildare, Lot 2871970, Zone IR-19
The request is to allow part of the rear wall of an institutional building (category-2) to be located at 4’-5½’’ from the rear lot line instead of a minimum of 5’-0’’ from said line as per minor exemption DM2004-88 (already approved) and in accordance with the provisions of zoning by-law No. 2217, inter alia, Annex “B” (zone IR-7).
6500 Kildare, Lot 2090142, Zone IR-11
The request is to allow for an institutional building (category-3) to have 39 parking spaces instead of the minimum required of 52 parking spaces. The foregoing is in accordance with the provisions of Zoning By-law 2217, inter alia, article 7-3-1.
5808 Blossom, Lot 2234211, Zone RU-59
The request is to allow the installation of a gazebo having an area of 208 square feet to be located on the rear concrete balcony of a detached single-family dwelling instead of permitting a gazebo with a maximum area of 125 square feet to be located only on the ground, on a wood deck or on a patio. The foregoing is in accordance with the provisions of Zoning By-law 2217, inter alia, article 4-4-5f).
