Public Notice: Minor Exemptions - June 9, 2010

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Undersigned, Me Jonathan Shecter, Director of Legal Services and Clerk of the City of Côte Saint-Luc, that at a Regular Meeting of the City Council to be held on July 12, 2010 at 8:00 P.M., at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard, the City Council will deal with requests for minor exemptions, said requests being more fully described hereunder:

6853 Weizmann, Lot 1561904, Zone RU-33

The request is in order to allow an existing underground swimming pool built in 2001 with permit no. 10580 to be located at 4.43’ from the rear property line instead of the minimum allowable distance of 5.0’. The foregoing is in accordance with the provisions of zoning by-law 2217, in particular article 5-1-1b).

5800 Cavendish, Lot 1859556, Zone CC-3
The request is to allow an illuminated sign on the wall for the CLSC René-Cassin with an area of 48 square feet and a height of 8’-0’’ instead of the maximum area of 20 square feet and a maximum allowable height of 5’-0’’. The foregoing is in accordance with the provisions of zoning by-law 2217, in particular articles 9-3-2 and 9-4.

5732 Wolseley, Lot 1052566, Zone RU-20

The request is to allow an existing detached single-family dwelling (built in 1955, with permit no. 126) to be located at 14.63’ from the front property line instead of the minimum allowable distance of 15.0’. The foregoing is in accordance with the provisions of zoning by-law 2217, Annex “B” (zone RU-20).
