Public Notice: Minor Exemptions - May 26, 2010
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Undersigned, Me Jonathan Shecter, Director of Legal Services and Clerk of the City of Côte Saint-Luc, that at a Regular Meeting of the City Council to be held on June 14, 2010 at 8:00 P.M., at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard, the City Council will deal with requests for minor exemptions, said requests being more fully described hereunder:
5510 Borden, Lot 1560597, Zone RU-3
The request is to allow, the construction of a proposed single family detached dwelling (to be built, subsequent to a demolition, next to the multi-family dwelling located at 5500 Borden) to have a height of 38’ above the City sidewalk instead of a maximum height of 33.8’ above the City sidewalk. The foregoing is in accordance with the provisions of zoning by-law 2217, in particular, article 14-11-4.
5511 Randall, Lot 1560608, Zone RU-3
The request is to allow for a detached single-family dwelling, the construction of a tandem parking area with a length of 38’-6’’ instead of the minimum allowable length of 40’-0’’. The foregoing is in accordance with the provisions of zoning by-law 2217, in particular, article 7-5-1.
Any person interested in the present requests may address the City Council at the above-mentioned Regular Meeting.
