Public Notice: Minor Exemptions - May 5, 2010

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Undersigned, Director of Legal Services and Clerk of the City of Côte Saint-Luc, that at a Regular Meeting of the City Council to be held on June 14, 2010 at 8:00 P.M., at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard, the Côte Saint-Luc City Council will deal with a request for a minor exemption, said request being more fully described hereunder:

5757 Westluke, Lot 1052402, Zone RU-41
The request is in order to allow the following dimensions subsequent to a driveway extension: to be located at 1’-6’’ from the side property line instead of the minimum required of 2’-0’’ and to have a length of 16’-6’’ instead of the minimum length required of 20’-0’’. The foregoing is in accordance with the zoning by-law 2217 in particular, article 7-2-3 b) and article 7-5-1.

Any person interested in the present request may address the Côte Saint-Luc City Council at the above-mentioned Regular Meeting.
