Public Notice: Minor Exemptions - September 9, 2009
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Undersigned, Me Jonathan Shecter, Director of Legal Services and Clerk of the City of Côte Saint-Luc, that at a Special Meeting of the City Council to be held on September 29, 2009 at 8:00 P.M., at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard, the City Council will deal with requests for minor exemptions, said requests being more fully described hereunder:
8113 Linden, Lot 1290535, Zone RU-14
The request is to allow a garden shed to have a height of 10’-6’’ and an area of 148.25 square feet instead of a maximum height of 10’-0’’ and a maximum area of 100 square feet. The foregoing are in accordance with the provisions of Zoning By-law No. 2217, inter alia, article 5-1-1b).
6818 Louis Pasteur, Lot 1561658, Zone RU-46
The request is to allow for a detached single-family dwelling to have a rear extension located at 19.9’ from the rear lot line instead of a minimum of 30.0’ from said lot line. The foregoing is in accordance with the provisions of Zoning By-law No. 2217, inter alia, annex “B” (zone RU-46).
5507 Westbourne, Lot 1561687, Zone RU-7
The request is to allow for an existing semi-detached single-family dwelling to be located at 1.96m (6.43’) from the south-east side lot line instead of a minimum of 1.98m (6.50’). The foregoing are in accordance with the provisions of Zoning By-law, inter alia, annex “B” (zone RU-7).
5645 Hudson, Lot 1052987, Zone RU-20
The request is to allow an existing detached single-family dwelling to be located at 0.91m (2.98’) from the North-West lateral property line instead of a minimum of 1.98m (6’-6’’) and 4.82m (15.81’) from the rear property line instead of the minimum of 5.71m (18.75’). The foregoing are in accordance with the provisions of Zoning By-law No. 2217, inter alia, annex “B” (zone RU-20).
5550 Trent, Lot 1054010, Zone RM-16
The request is to allow an existing multifamily dwelling to be located at 16.56’ and 19.94’ from the side lot lines (due to the replacement of the brick and addition of insulation) instead of the minimum of 57.99’ from said lines. The foregoing is in accordance with the provisions of the Zoning By-law No. 2217, inter alia annex “C” (zone RM-16).
