Public Notice: Sale for non-payment of property taxes or transfer duties for the year 2008
Notice is hereby given that the immovables listed hereafter, with or without building, situated in the City of Côte Saint-Luc, Québec cadastre, Montréal registration division, will be sold at public auction at the City Hall located at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard, Côte Saint-Luc, on February 12, 2010 at TWO o’clock in the afternoon (2:00 p.m.), to satisfy the payment of the municipal taxes and the duties on transfers of immovables, with interest, plus costs, unless the said taxes, duties, interest and costs are paid before the sale.
