General Information

The Samuel Moskovitch Arena houses one ice surface that is used for the Côte Saint-Luc Minor Hockey Association, the Côte Saint-Luc Figure Skating Club, Hockey Schools, many adult leagues and youth leagues. The ice surface is also available for private rentals. The arena also has two rooms that are available to rent, which are the Studio Room and the Conference Room. The conference and studio room comes equipped with basic setup and cleanup, including tables and chairs. The studio room also comes with a freezer. There is ample parking at the arena, with space for more than 200 cars.

Rental Areas

The Ice Rink's dimensions are 200 feet by 85 feet.
The Studio Room dimensions are 36.5 feet by 25 feet.
It will comfortably seat 85 people Banquet style and 107 people Theater style.

The Conference Room dimensions are 25 feet by 12 feet.
It can seat 12 around the board table and hold 30 in a standing room event.

Rental Costs  (tax not included)

Ice Rental is subject to availability.
Primetime rental includes weekends and weekdays after 5:30 pm. All other rental times are the regular price.

  • Regular ice rental:  $100 /hr
  • Primetime ice rental:  $160 /hr
When applicable, rental costs include the setup and take down of tables and chairs. All additional setup and overtime charges are the responsibility of the lessee. All room rentals are for a 2 hour rental and do not include tax.
Conference Room: $50
Studio Room $100
Studio Room for Parties: $150

Ice can be rented for a birthday party and includes two dressing rooms. If the lessee wishes to rent both the ice and studio room for cake following the skating, they may do so with a packages price listed below.

Regular ice rental (1hr) + studio room: $115
Primetime ice rental (1hr) + studio room: $155
Regular ice rental (1hr) + dressing room only: $90
Primetime ice rental (1hr) + dressing room only: $130

Hours of Operation

  • Arena : Monday to Sunday 9:00-23:00
  • Office : Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00

How to Find Us:

From Highway 40 east:

Take the Decarie Blvd exit. Proceed Southbound and exit at Jean Talon. Continue going straight until Van Horne. Turn Right on Van Horne. Van Horne becomes Fleet, which becomes Cavendish. After passing the Cavendish Mall, turn Left on Mackle. The arena is on the right-hand side.

 
From Highway 20 east:

Exit 64 – Rue St Jacques/Boul. Angrignon. Merge onto Route 138 east. Turn Left on Cavendish Blvd. Go down Cavendish Blvd until you reach Mackle. Turn Left on Mackle.
