Public Notice: Regular Meeting of the City Council to be held on September 20, 2010 at 8:00 P.M
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Undersigned, Me Jonathan Shecter, Director of Legal Services and Clerk of the City of Côte Saint-Luc, that at a Regular Meeting of the City Council to be held on September 20, 2010 at 8:00 P.M., at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard, the City Council will deal with requests for minor exemptions, said requests being more fully described hereunder:
6577 Mackle, Lot 1561100, Zone RU-53
The request is to allow a detached single family dwelling to have a driveway slope (facing Mackle) of 5% instead of the maximum permitted of 3%. The forgoing is in accordance with the provisions of zoning by-law no. 2217, in particular, article 7-5-9.
5809 Hudson, Lot 1052225, Zone RU-42
The request is to allow an existing semi-detached single-family dwelling (built in 1956, under permit no. 334) to be located at 4.44m (14.56’) from the front property line instead of the minimum permitted of 4.57m (15’) from said line. The foregoing is in accordance with the provisions of by-law 2217, Annexe “B”, zone RU-42.
