Public Notice is given by the Undersigned, Maître Jonathan Shecter, City Clerk, that the following by-law was adopted by the Côte Saint-Luc City Council at its Council Meeting held on September 20, 2010:

“By-law 2343 creating the fee schedule for the Eleanor London Côte Saint-Luc Public Library for the 2010 summer season’’

The object of the by-law is to create the fee schedule for the Eleanor London Côte Saint-Luc Public Library for the 2010 summer season.

This by-law will come into force according to law.

Public Notice is given by the Undersigned, Maître Jonathan Shecter, Director of Legal Services and City Clerk, that the following by-law was adopted by the Côte Saint-Luc City Council at its Regular Council Meeting held on May 10, 2010 (which incorporated its Signage Plan with its by-law both initially adopted on March 8, 2010):

"By-law 2321 Respecting Speed in the Streets"

The object of the by-law is to lower the general speed limit in the City from 50 km/h to 40 km/h (subject to exceptions).

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Undersigned, Me Jonathan Shecter, Director of Legal Services and Clerk of the City of Côte Saint-Luc, that at a Regular Meeting of the City Council to be held on September 20, 2010 at 8:00 P.M., at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard, the City Council will deal with requests for minor exemptions, said requests being more fully described hereunder:

Public Notice is given by the Undersigned, Maître Jonathan Shecter, Director of Legal Services and City Clerk, that at its Regular Council Meeting held on Monday, August 9, 2010 at 8:00 p.m., the Côte Saint-Luc City Council changed the date of the September Council Meeting from September 13, 2010 to September 20, 2010 at 8:00 p.m.

The Meeting will still take place in the Council Chamber at City Hall located at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard.
