Message from the Mayor

The 2007 Côte Saint-Luc budget reflects the commitment of your City Council and management team to provide residents with the best services at the lowest possible cost.

This year, we will spend $29.8 million to provide local services such as library, recreation services, park improvements and maintenance, Emergency Medical Services, snow clearing, garbage and recycling collection, road maintenance, weekly water testing, and more. The average residential property tax increase is 1.15 percent – which is less than the rate of inflation.

Your city is governed by business people who understand the value of a dollar and who never forget where the money comes from. Our job is to spend your money wisely. The 2007 budget does just that.
