Côte Saint-Luc participates in province-wide Neighbours Day on June 10

City of Côte Saint-Luc is encouraging its residents to take part in the province-wide Neighbours Day on June 10, 2017
Residents who wish to initiate a neighbourhood activity can pick up from municipal buildings an invitation card to fill out and distribute in their neighbourhoods. They can also register their event at www.fetedesvoisins.qc.ca/registration.html.
Neighbours Day is the perfect opportunity to get to know your neighbourhood and the people who live in it. Residents who participate will ultimately benefit from the success of their own neighbourhood event.

The first Neghbours Day took place in France in 1999 and it quickly spread across Europe. In Quebec since 2006, Neighbours Day is an initiative of the Réseau québécois de villes et villages en santé, an organization which promotes and encourages the sustainable development of healthy living in Quebec. It focuses on the exchange between municipalities and the commitment of municipal decision-makers to quality of life through their ability to mobilize partners and residents to take action.
