In-person registration
To register in person, please download the registration form (PDF) and complete it. Registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration, unless otherwise stated.
Payments accepted are: cash, Visa, Mastercard, Interac, or cheque made payable to the City of Côte Saint-Luc.
Program cancellation request
A reimbursement request will only be considered upon the Parks and Recreation
Department receiving a completed and duly signed Program Cancellation Request form, within the set delays;
refer to point 2 in the form for more details.
