Côte Saint-Luc municipal election results




Côte Saint-Luc, November 2, 2009 - All the current members of the Côte Saint-Luc city council have won either acclamation or election in the 2009 municipal election and will be returning for another four-year term.

For the position of Mayor, the incumbent Anthony Housefather was elected by acclamation.

The following councillors were re-elected by acclamation: Sam Goldbloom (District 1), Mike Cohen (District 2), Dida Berku (District 3), Mitchell Brownstein (District 7), Ruth Kovac (District 8).

For the position of District 4 Councillor, Steven Erdelyi was re-elected with 752 votes. Candidate Charles Lemieux-Marchand received 45 votes.

For the position of District 5 Councillor, Allan J. Levine was re-elected with 728 votes. Candidate Leo Sculnick received 250 votes.

For the position of District 6 Councillor, Glenn J. Nashen was re-elected with 753 votes.
Candidate Charles Chalom Lugassy received 343 votes. Candidate Sonia Cohen-Peillon received 49 votes.
