Illuminating evening of cello music in Côte Saint-Luc

Quatuor PonticelloCôte Saint-Luc, October 26, 2012 – The cello quartet Quatuor Ponticello will perform at the Eleanor London Côte Saint-Luc Public Library on Thursday, November 8, 2012, at 7 pm.

This acclaimed cello quartet will perform music from a variety of different musical periods ranging from the baroque to an arrangement of Moussorgsky’s Pictures at an Exhibition. The concert is presented by the Conseil des arts de Montréal en tournée and the library.

“If you loved the sounds of Marin Marais from the movie All the Mornings of the World or Tous les matins du monde, then you’ll truly appreciate this concert,” said Music Librarian Farah Mohammed.

Tickets cost $5 and can be purchased at the library’s main circulation desk.
