Public notice of deposit of the real estate assessment roll for the years 2011-2012-2013

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the undersigned, Director of Claims and Litigation and Clerk of the City of Côte Saint-Luc, that the Real Estate Assessment Roll (“the Role”) of the said City for the fiscal years 2011-2012-2013 was deposited in my office by the Assessor of the City of Montreal on Wednesday, September 15th, 2010.

Any person may examine the Roll in the offices of the Treasurer at the Côte Saint-Luc City Hall, (5801 Cavendish Boulevard) from Monday to Friday inclusive, during regular business hours being 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Any person having an interest in contesting the correctness, existence or absence of an entry on the property assessment Roll relating to a unit of assessment, may file an application for administrative review in accordance with Division I of Chapter X of the Act respecting municipal taxation (R.S.Q., chapter F-2.1).  

Any application for review in respect of the Roll must be filed before May 1, 2011, by means of the prescribed form and be accompanied by the sum of money determined by the By-law Concerning Fees adopted by the Council of the Urban Agglomeration of Montreal, failing which the application is deemed not to have been filed.  The application for review must succinctly state the grounds invoked and the conclusions sought.
