Subject: Property Assessment Roll - Applications for an administrative review
Notice is given that the 2011-2013 property assessment roll of Côte Saint-Luc will apply, in 2012, for the second fiscal year.
Any person having an interest may file an application for an administrative review of an entry on that roll, as provided for in division I of chapter X of the Act respecting municipal taxation (R.S.Q., chapter F-2.1), on the ground that the assessor did not alter the roll as required under the act.
To be admissible, applications for an administrative review must meet the following conditions:
Be filed in the fiscal year during which an event justifying an alteration to the roll occurs or in the next fiscal year, if the assessor does not make the alteration.
Be submitted on the prescribed form available at the addresses below and at Côte Saint-Luc City Hall located at 5801 Cavendish Boulevard, Côte Saint-Luc, Quebec.
Include the amount under the by-law concerning fees of the urban agglomeration of Montréal for the applicable fiscal year.
Be filed in person with the Direction de l’évaluation foncière of the city of Montréal, at one of the addresses below, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to noon, and 1 to 4 p.m.
