Option A

If you or a family member (spouse, sibling, child) have previously registered for a program, call 514-485-6806 weekdays from 8:30am to 4:30pm to receive your username and password.

Option B

If you (or your family) are registering to a program for the first time, you must create an account for you and all the members of your household.

Note: In order to complete the account-creation process, you will need to provide a proof of residency* by fax (514-485-8629) or e-mail (recreation@cotesaintluc.org). Then we will e-mail you in two business days to confirm that we received your proof of residency and to let you know that your account is now active.

* Accepted proofs of residence:

• Adults: Driver’s license, active CSL Fun Card, or last utility bill (lease are not accepted)
• Children: Verification note from school, birth certificate, hospital card or medicare card
